Canada and the contiguous United States ship free. Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout.
Tracking arrives by email once your order leaves fulfillment.
If it is not right for you, email us and we will handle the refund.
Shipping
Where we ship
We ship across the United States and Canada. US orders ship from within the US, and Canadian orders ship from within Canada. No duties, no border fees, no surprise charges.
Shipping options and costs
Shipping is free across Canada and the contiguous United States. No minimums, no codes, no hidden conditions.
Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after your order ships. Shipping times reflect transit only and do not include order processing.
For Alaska and Hawaii, free shipping is not currently available because carrier rates are materially higher. Shipping costs to those destinations are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery address.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the email is sent.
Address changes
If you need to update your shipping address, email support@selfore.com as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes within 2 hours of order placement, but once an order enters fulfillment we cannot modify it.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors, building managers, mailrooms, or other household members.
- Wait 24-48 hours. Carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early.
- If it still has not turned up, email support@selfore.com with your order number and we will work with you to resolve it.
Returns & refunds

If you are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, email us and we will refund your purchase in full. No bottle return required.
Keep it, gift it, donate it, or discard it. We would rather you spend your time living than packing up boxes.
How it works
- Email support@selfore.com within 30 days of your delivery date.
- Include your order number and, if you are willing, a quick note on why the product was not right for you.
- We will confirm your refund within 1-2 business days.
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method and typically appears within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@selfore.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost.
What is not covered
- Orders outside the 30-day window from delivery.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked final sale at checkout.
- Orders where the delivery address provided was incorrect or undeliverable. We will still review these case by case.
